The excavation chamber is made filled with excavated soil, and earth
pressure of chamber is controlled to be able to
oppose the ground and hydlaulic pressure from working face.
In order to improve the mobility and the quality of stopping water of
excavated soil, an additive agent is poured into
a cutter face side, and mixed churning of excavated soil and an additive
agent is performed by rotation of a cutter.
